Brooklyn Botanic Garden Master Plan
Brooklyn Botanic Garden, designed by Olmsted Brothers and McKim, Mead, and White in 1910, has grown into a world-class institution hosting more than 750,000 visitors a year and a treasured community resource located in the heart of Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Botanic Garden Master Plan is the result of a 3-year, intensive planning process undertaken by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. This 96-page, full-color, softbound volume provides a comprehensive plan for the future growth of the Garden’s 52-acre site over the next 20 years and has been designed to facilitate fundraising efforts undertaken by the Garden to support the goals defined in the master plan. The book’s format, layout, and color palette are derived from the Garden’s overall, initial plan by the Olmsted Brothers, as well as prominent features including the Cherry Esplanade, Cranford Rose Garden, and Magnolia Plaza.

The book was recognized by Communication Arts and Graphis for Design Excellence in Publication Design.
