UK HealthCare's Growth and Development Detailed in 2011 Annual Report

Along with developing a comprehensive identity and branding program for UK HealthCare’s initiative “Arts in HealthCare,” which promotes healing environments through the arts, University of Kentucky HealthCare commissioned Poulin + Morris to create their 2011 Annual Report.

Providing fiscal information to shareholders, the annual report documents UK HealthCare’s growth and development throughout 2011. Michael Karpf’s, Executive Vice President for Health Affairs, announcement regarding the opening of the new pavilion at the UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital duly notes that this is the first step in the institution’s ambitious, 4-year, strategic plan to establish UK HealthCare as one of the top academic medical centers in the country. The report discloses the additional funding the hospital received through generous grants and donations as well as information on recent clinical and research partnerships that help expand UK HealthCare’s reach within and beyond the Commonwealth.

Poulin + Morris was responsible for the design of this 42-page, color publication. Dynamic and engaging page layouts filled with four-color photography showcasing the new pavilion and members of the UK HealthCare community, as well as a series of clear and informative graphs, tables, and charts, communicate UK HealthCare’s accomplishments in 2011 and its goals for the coming years.
